Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will likely have entered processing, and changes may no longer be possible. For orders canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) without product damage does not qualify as a damaged item.

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@aleeveo.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. Should any delivery issues arise, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Aleeveo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not informed within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund or a resend.
