Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once dispatched, your order is handed off to the shipping carrier and is en route to your designated address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time refers to how long it takes for your order to reach you after it has been dispatched. Delivery times depend on several factors, including your location. Below are estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:

Please be aware that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. International shipments may also face unexpected customs delays, which could extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or lead to order cancellation. If we detect any issues with your shipping address, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you need to correct your shipping details, please email us at hello@aleeveo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At Aleeveo, we aim to dispatch orders quickly, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. For example, courier partners may experience delays from weather disruptions or transport issues. In such cases, we work closely with the courier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Other potential delays could arise from product availability, payment processing, or address verification. If any such issues affect your order, we will notify you promptly.

Please note that Aleeveo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we will always provide updates on the status of your order and assist with any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we understand how frustrating this can be. Once we’ve handed over the package to our courier partner, it’s out of our control. However, if you encounter this issue, please contact us at hello@aleeveo.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

You should also file a claim directly with the courier. They may require additional information from you to process the claim. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf to assist with the process.

Please note that Aleeveo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and such instances fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement.

In some cases, the courier may locate your package and complete the delivery. If the package is not found, filing a police report may also be necessary.
